Your Portals, the Systems behind them, and the Logins

Status (19 Sep): this handover is in progress. The code repositories are being moved into your GitHub (marktracksb) and the hosting into your Render workspace, so a couple of pieces are still settling over the next day. Everything below is yours or on its way to you.
Passwords: to be advised separately (not written here, for safety). Or for any login you can set your own straight away: go to the site, click Sign in then Forgot password, and the reset lands in the mailbox shown.

TrackNow: 3 portals

1. Customer Portal (the "old portal")  You: Admin

What it does: the main hub, leads and customers (CRM), sends agreements, Stripe sign-up, dispatches installers, all outbound email.

Systems working behind it: Make.com (automations), Monday.com (records), DocuSeal (signing), Stripe (payments).

2. Reseller Portal (the "new portal")  You: Admin

What it does: the car-yard front end, rep logins, quotes, purchase orders.

Login:

Systems working behind it: it talks to the Customer Portal, which runs Make, Monday, DocuSeal and Stripe.

3. Reseller Demo (sales demo)

What it does: a no-login demo of the reseller portal with dummy data, to show prospects. Not a live business system.

Login: none (no-login demo).

SB Empire: 1 portal

What it does: runs the whole business, tenants, leases, screenings, rent, invoices, expenses, financials.
